Leadership

Rob Janicki

…brings 30+ years of experience in management and governance of successful logging, industrial engineering manufacturing, and real estate development businesses based here in the Puget Sound area. That background has provided Rob with both the insights to understand how beneficial an intermodal barge terminal would be for many Pacific Northwest industries, as well as the business savvy for making it into a reality.

Tom Foster

…built a distinguished career across more than four decades in multiple industries. From a sawmill engineer and steadily advancing into forest and land management then to timber manager, gaining expertise in operations, resource management, and long-term planning. Operated his own logging company, managing domestic and export log operations and other various timber projects.  In later years he spent a great time of time in leadership roles—including General Manager and VP—overseeing bark, topsoil, and aggregate products for multiple companies until he joined Osprey Logistics in 2024. Known for his strength in product development and expanding business opportunities, Tom’s work has taken him throughout Alaska, Canada, Washington, northern Mexico, and Hawaii, as well as into Europe. We are excited to have him on our team.
